Did a 115 miles round trip to Ocean City, MD this evening, the AFM disabler worked fine through all driving modes.

It's bike week down there, literally thousand of bikes everywhere. It was nice and cool, had the windows down, I could hear nothing but nice comments from the riders behind me, besides me at stop lights on Coastal Highway. I received more thumbs up than I have at anytime with anything else I have driven in the past. Pretty happy, my car can draw the looks.

The disabler has a nice touch of blue light, not too bright, lights up the drivers side floor area just right.

Glad you qualified that on your last sentence, I thought I was looking at stills from Paris Hilton's video!

Hey Norm. I didn't see you yesterday on your drive. I went to downtown OC to Rehoboth and back to north OC yesterday afternoon. WoW have you ever seen more motorcycles. Many seemed to like the C7 as you said. They estimate there are 175,000 motorcycles in and around Ocean City this weekend. I think they are all Harleys. Sounds like a three day thunderstorm here. But I love it. I think some of those guys have more dough in their bikes than we do in our C7s! I also hear the emergency vehicles regularly. I am going to stay off the roads for the rest of the weekend.

Came down around 4pm, headed back at 8pm. My SIL just bought a home right above 100th St. on Old Landing Rd. That's where I'll be staying Corvette weekend 3/4 Oct, right across from the Clairion host hotel. Will walk down and park my butt where all the tech-in is done Friday, fun day.

PM sent.

Norm - glad to see you like the Range, it worked great for me on my camaro - it had one fault that was easily corrected. If oyu sat waiting for your family to come out of the mall, and you had your engine off but ACC on, listening to the radio, after 30 secs it would trigger a stabilitrak fault and you would get a check engine light. All the OCD guys at the camaro site raised holy hell and adam @ range was working on it. Did not bother me, as you turn off everything, pull the module and restart the car, it would clear the fault and leave no tell tale...once cleared, plug it back in and you were good to go. So after the one time it did it to me, anytime I was gonna sit and listen to the radio (rare), I would turn off car and pull it first, problem solved...
