This thread asks for you to tell about yourself. It reminds me of a scene from one of my wife's favourite miniseries, The Baby Bachelor. If you don't know, The Baby Bachelor was a humorous spin-off of The Bachelor/The Bachelorette; it poked tremendous fun at the older versions by deriding them for their over-the-top drama and childlike participants.

Anyway, the scene can be found by deleting the space in the line below between the "http" and the "s", thereby joining the two pieces of text, which you can then insert into an address bar in your browser:

http s://www.youtube.com/embed/JQNtS4LNDwo?start=103&end=108&autoplay=1&version=3

If I put it all together here myself, this site ignores the start and end timestamps, and forces the whole video to play.

My first flagship Chevy was a 06 C6 Vert. After 7 great years I traded it for a first year C7 Arctic White Vert and drove it off the showroom floor. After 4 first months of agony and heartbreak with Chevy for a Trans issue the couldn't fix it was lemoned and I got my money back. That hurt! I set my plan for a Z06 however was not going to buy the first year. I finally found the perfect match 2 months ago and found a Arctic White Z06 A8 2LZ vert with Carbon Fiber dash ,PDR and a few more goodies that just needed to be mine.
Enjoying the heck out of it and this forum. Looking forward to the virtual pass by wave to all of you fellow members with every post. View attachment 77361 View attachment 77369

Hello everyone. I just purchased a new 2016 3LT Stingray Coupe, Corvette Racing Yellow Tintcoat, Auto trans, Performance Exhaust. I've only got 300 miles on it so far because we have had several snow storms recently--FRUSTRATING! :upset:

This is my 5th Corvette, and it is a quantum leap in performance, interior quality, accessories (I love the Performance Data Recorder), over previous generations. Above all, it is just heart-breakingly beautiful!

It's my first day and second post on the forum, although I've been reading posts here for several months. I bought my 2016 blade silver, 1LT coupe in September after 15 years of driving Mercedes C class sports sedans.

My wife has driven Ford Explorer for the past 20 years (this is her 6th), and when I decided I no longer needed a four door sedan, I began a process that led me to my C7. I'm the only occupant of my car close to 99% of the time, so I wanted a two seater. But I wanted the biggest two seater at the lowest price point. The C7 coupe was the winner in a search that began at the 2015 New York Auto Show.

We were working at the Mazda exhibit, and there was a 2015 Sunrise Orange coupe with kalahari interior on display. I had never even been in a Corvette before, but when I got in it felt right! I thought, "I could do this!"

After researching, comparing and learning more about the Corvette and it's history, it was a done deal.

I got a great deal from Schumacher Chevrolet in Little Falls, NJ and am thrilled, excited and full of expectation to drive every day. The reactions of others to the car, all over the top pleasant, take a while to get used to. There was a school bus full of kids, with faces pressed against the windows waving or giving the "thumbs up" sign. And there was the day when the passenger in the car next to me starts taking cell phone photos. And then there are drivers who expect you to drive in a deviant manner. You quickly understand there is
a different responsibility in driving this car as it is one of the most powerful machines on the road.

I enjoy the experience and hope to continue for at least the next 100-thousand miles. :smug:

Hello to all of you Corvette owners and enthusiast. Just purchased a 2017 2LT Long Beach Red Vette, only took me 50 years to own one. Have wanted one ever since one came into the garage I was working at as a teenager back in the late 60's. Pulled the trigger on one today and will pick it up on Thursday. Cannot wait for miles of smiles.
CalTec, my sister lives in Florence, will let you know when the Silver C7 is coming for a visit.

New to the site. Just bought a 17 1Lt. This is my third Vette. Traded in a 2005 C6 convertible. My new Vette is black rose metallic. (Had to listen to the wife) but the color is growing on me. It's 9 degrees in New Hampshire today so my first ride is a few months away. Looking forward to getting my new stingray on the road. I think I'll enjoy this site.
