Where are the antennas? No visible antennas are outside anywhere on the car. OK, then where are they? XM, AM/FM, Bluetooth, On Star, garage door opener, FOB? Did I miss any?

You missed the ones for the tire pressure monitoring senders from each of the wheels.

According to this suppliers chart: AM/FM/XM is in the wheel-well.
