Today was the day we where going to here the base price announcement has anyone heard any news?????

The Z06 price will be released to limited numbers of car media tomorrow. However, they are embargo'd from releasing it until next Thursday.

Want to bet, however, that someone releases it, sub-rosa, to a member of the media that never initially was approved to receive it, perhaps Jalopnik, and that the latter shares it!

Thinking that is a 90% probability, i.e. tomorrow is the probable day!!!

At a minimum someone with access to the price sheet will post or blog something like "Z06 Base Price = $xx,xxx, it's the steal of the century" (I added that last part )

I googled a bunch of related terms and got a shocker...$100K base!

But, it was a July publication.

Hoping that number is completely unfounded!
