Does not mean that at all. Production/assembly of. 2014's will continue that entire week. It just means that due to their working on "future product" (such as the 2015 prototypes or the Z06 IVER's -- Integrated Vehicle Engineering Release vehicles), that they do not want non-GM's employees in the plant to see those vehicles at this time.
