From my friend Talon on a little known feature (at least to me) :

select the "Phone app" (the one with the microphone, not the handset) from the main infortainment screen. Press the large "Start" button to the right and listen for the Siri tone to play over the speakers. Now, use Siri like you are used to using from your iPhone. It will also find routing information with your built in Map app but the results are displayed on the phone screen, not the navigation screen.

Works with BT.

You can do anything via Eyes Free that you can do with Siri. Results will always display on your phone, not the Infotainment screen. Anything spoken, will be spoken over the cars audio system.

Works via Bluetooth but you can have your phone plugged in for iPod out functionality.
