Today's GM Z06 'vert press release (link below) offered us info-starved Z06 addicts a few more things about all 2015 Z06's. It was confirmed that there will be a total of five different Z06 interiors, with the release re-stating that the new interior colors will be "dark gray," and blue. Of course, that confirms some suspicions, that two of the StingRay's interiors will not be available on the Z06.

Even more importantly, it stated that going from the stage one to the stage Z06 will result in "four times greater aerodynamic downforce."

Interestingly, the Z06 convertible press release, unlike all major StingRay and Z06 releases, did not contain a timetable as to when the Z06 convertible will be available to customers.

It will be interesting which colors they drop for the interior hopefully not Red, so we have Red, dark gray, and blue and we seen Kalahari so my guess is black will stay and Gray and Brownstone are gone.
