So as of right now im sending in my order on monday at my local dealer. I went with black on black Z06 with 3LZ with suede inserts and carbon dash, navi, comp seats, stage 3 aero, Z07 package, black wheels, Gray calipers, suede dash/steering wheel, M7, Carbon roof, Visible carbon fiber the splitters etc. Im only in the delema that should i go to a 2LZ sense im not using all the leather and going mainly suede? also Black ext with black interior with black wheels a bad choice? I was considering going white with red interior black wheels..any advice or anything would be much apreciated. My msrp came out to be 106,995.00 and would be receiving it within 3-4 months. also if there is anything you recommend me adding in as an opetion would be great!!

Hi Freaked. Just my opinion, and color is very subjective, but I was at the dealer the other day and they had a black and a white c7 coupe next to each other. To me the white looked much better b/c the black somewhat hides the curves and vents. The white really showed off the lines, vents etc. Also if you are going with the visible CF roof, it looks much better on the white car. Most people will not even notice it on a black car. I currently have a black M6. The roof is CF. Most people never notice it, even if they've been in the car a dozen times. Either way the car will look great. Enjoy.

I love the look of a black car when it's clean.......but that lasts like 5 minutes in Az. There is just too much dust here to make living with a black car any fun. Then again, I ordered a white car with red interior, so my opinion is really biased! I changed my color choice at the very last second, so I can appreciate what you're feeling. Good luck with your decision!!

Today, I saw a White, with Black wheels and red calipers on the PA Turnpike. It's stunning. Its my opinion but it's a very sharp car and I am not a white car kind of guy. And, having owned a black car once already it is impossible to keep clean and since it so hard to keep clean its often harder to re sell. My two cents. Triple black is very sinister looking though. That much I like :)

I agree. I saw the same car the other day. I wouldn't normally even look at a white car, but the white with black wheels and red calipers looked fabulous. It also had the red interior, which looked great.

Black on black is still very nice, especially in a Z06.

People always say that your first decision is usually the one you should stick with.

I have a black C7 with black interior and black wheels. As Debro2 stated, it looks awesome when clean, but that lasts about 5 minutes and I am in California. I love the look of the car and get a lot of positive comments. As noted about, you do lose the lines of the car with a dark color. I also have the CF roof and most people see it, but really don't appreciate the CF due to it being black. I also tinted the windows and blacked out the tail lights and side markers. I have a Z06/Z07 on order at Kerbeck that is Shark Gray with the Pearl Nickel wheels and the dark gray interior. I will be keeping both. One thing for the black is to get a cover and keep it covered when not on the road. I have the indoor cover and it does help keep the dust off the car. I also sealed my garage as much as I could to help keep the dust down. You will want to get the xpel coating on either car, but it is a must on the black as every little mark shows up. I love my black beauty, but it is a painful love to keep it clean.

If you have a black car they are easy to keep clean with a coating. No longer is black the problem it once was. Talk to a detailer about Opti coat pro or Cquartz Finest. No scam, they are the real deal.

Black with a red interior looks really nice too, a very classic combination. I love the white with a red interior as well. Face it, you can't really make a bad decision either way. :)

Color is so subjective, and the C7 looks good in all of them so there is no wrong decision. If it's a weekend toy, there are few things that look meaner than a murdered out beast. I personally like a blacked out exterior with red interior. Sort of a vampiric look. Mine will be a summer daily driver though and I don't have time to wash it enough to do it justice, so I opted for the white/red combo. I agree with davem, go with your first decision. It's likely the combo that made you fall for the car in the first place, so odds of you regretting it are slim.
