Yellow. Picture of it taken by a professional photographer:

To which, he obviously had some fun, by digitally enhancing it.

Just put a deposit down on one at my dealership today number 1 on the list.
I asked, and one week ago the waiting list was already 35 people with Z06 deposits down at the local dealership.

My bet is there will be a lot of unhappy potential Z06 buyers if that dealer doesn't have hundreds of C7 allocations in 2015.

He does have hundreds of C7 allocations in 2014, and he said he does have every expectation of being be able to deliver.

You might want to find another dealership with a smaller list. Before you place the order you should be able to get any deposit back. My dealer told me even after ordering the car and the day I pick it up if I don't like it or want it I can walk away and they will give me my deposit back.

I will also bet many of these people who are getting their names on these Z06 lists will back out at ordering time. Between now and fall things change so many will drop out. I also hope that dealers don't look at this as an excuse to jack up the prices over sticker.

I have a deposit with a large forum dealer. They estimate maybe 35-40% on the list will drop out for any of various reasons.
It's what I would expect.

That's cool. I've just read so much about how no one in Cali seems to be able to get a car local that there weren't too many volume dealers in the state. Of course that assumes you are working with a Cali dealer.

for you guys that put deposits down on the Z06,.. are you keeping your fingers crossed that the dealer will sell the car for msrp? Or, are the pricing guidelines discussed up front?

Up front discussed pricing and agreed on MSRP. Some dealers, especially if the rollout is slow and there are many on many dealer's lists, will try the old $5K and $10K over sticker nonsense.
