By way of overall introduction, important to note that, as per the first picture below, there is one key difference between a stage 1 and a stage 2 Z06 splitter, in that a stage 2 splitter protrudes further out front across its entire side to side by an additional approximate 1 inch, AND, whereasas a stage 2 splitter "mirrors" the front fang protrusion when looked down from a bird's eye view, a stage 1 does not "parallel" the fangs sticking further out right below the fangs.
Here, first, is a summary of all the stage 2 winglet/endplate (GM's uses both terms) measurements, all explained below in detail with appropriate pictures (at least that is my hope).
7 1/4" front to back) x 3" (max. height) x 3/4" (sticking out from from side of front fascia) X 3/8" thick X 3/16" forward protruding (in front of splitter)
Here is a bird's eye view of a stage 2 splitter. A little hard to understand this picture's perspective, but I was bending down, and the void at the top right of the picture is the space immediately in front of passenger-side front wheel, with the yellow being the very bottom/front-most, outside corner of the front fascia. You are looking down onto the top edge of the side winglet; the space between the fascia and the inside edge of the winglet/endplate is 3/8". Coincidentally, as the winglet is 3/8" thick, the distance from the outside edge of the fascia to the outside edge of the winglet is a total of 3/4". As we know, the front fascia part for the StingRay and the Z06 is identical (same part number), and thus the extreme front-width increase for a stage 2 over a StingRay, at splitter height, is 1 1/2". [Note, the stage 3 larger endplates (10 3/4" tall) stick out much further from the body (approximately 1 5/8" each side) at their very top edges.]
Below picture is looking from the front of the car, also showing the 3/8" space between the fascia's outside edge and the inside of the endplate. Also, please notice (and repeated in the last picture below from a different perspective), that the front edge of the splitter protrudes forward 3/16" inch beyond the front edge of the stage 2/3 splitter's outside corner.
Obvious side view below, showing its 7 1/4" length front to back (side to side in the following picture), and it's 3" maximum height.
Lastly, a view from the from the front right/center of the car, toward the right front corner, again showing that the endplate protrudes 3/16" further forward than the splitter end.
