"Dearly Beloved!" As Prince would say, she looks good behind the wheel.

My sister (the #1 Prince fan) was visiting this weekend, so here is a picture of her in my 2015 NRB 2LT

tfresh7, your sister looks cool sitting in your C7 masterpiece, so did you let her wheel it around Jacksonville?

No addition's in about 6 weeks, so I thought I'd add a pic from a different perspective, up on the rack for a Borla X-pipe at Corvettes at Carlisle. While in the staging area, I received several positive comments on the color from 2016 owners and 2017 prospective buyers who wished the color had still been available when they bought/ordered theirs. The car also drew picture takers as the metallic popped like crazy in the sun.

My son just loved it Rick. It was really popping in the sun. How was the new sound on the way home? :smile-new:

Ha, slightly eventful! Once the exhaust got up to temperature driving through town, smoke started billowing up around the car and out the back as we sat in traffic. I had a fellow Vette owner pull up beside me at a stoplight and tell me "Man, you're really burning oil!" I explained that it was just the protective oil-based film burning off the new x-pipe.
Keeping in mind my exhaust is set to Track with the #42 fuse pulled, I noticed a louder/more aggressive sound when accelerating onto the Interstate for the drive home. The wife dozed off, so when I got some open Interstate, I drifted down to 50 MPH and dropped the hammer. Again, a louder/more aggressive sound that woke the wife up with "What was that for!?" I just smiled and got an eye-roll in return.

Wish I met you and Richard there. I may have been standing next to you for all I know. I was parked right across from Corvette America most of the time. On Friday, as soon as I parked a guy came up asking if it was a factory color because he liked it a lot and just bought a '16 but had never seen it. Go NRB!

Here's a couple shots from the show and side trip to Gettysburg to add to the thread. See you next year!

Yep, could have been side by side. I had actually wrote down your location that you posted on the Carlisle thread, but couldn't locate the paper. Probably buried in the bottom of the goodie bag. Of course, no one is usually where their car is with so much to see and do. See you next year!

Sorry we missed you. Kind of loss track of who was coming and what days. Maybe next year everyone coming could meet at Mike's at a certain time. I always go on Saturday so my son can come along. Like Rick said I'am still trying to get him out of that Cayman S but I won't hold my breath. :numbness:
